On Thursday morning, we’ll meet up with Fergus Drennen one of the UK’s most respected and renowned foragers. Fergus will collect everything he needs to prepare a fire pit lunch, talking you through his bounty every step of the way. By the end of the day, you’ll have more than enough knowledge to make culinary use of the glorious British countryside.
After working up an appetite, you’ll join us for dinner at The Curlew and enjoy some superb natural and local wines. There’s even the option of staying at the wonderful Original Huts, just a rosehip throw from the restaurant.
LATEST NEWS During our wine tasting, we’re going to be joined by James Board from Les Caves de Pyrene. James will be joining us to walk through the superb natural and organic wines that we’ll be serving with dinner. So you’ll be an expert in that too!
