Amongst our regulars last week was Len Goodman, head judge of the BBCs Strictly Come Dancing.
Len tangoed with the the Pea and Mint Soup - “the best he had tasted” he said. He then choose the Barnsley Chop, and was pleased to learn that head chef Neil McCue is a Yorkshire man and clearly knew a thing or two about the Cha Cha Chop!

Our pastry chef and number one Strictly fan, Aimee Jones, was doing the Quick Step when Len asked for not one but two of her desserts, his favourite was the Greengage Batter with White Chocolate Ice Cream - Len you might need to work it off with the Paso Doble!

Len returns to us next week after a round of golf at The Rye Golf Club and then the show starts again on Friday.
When restaurant manager Jessica asked what time he would like the table he replied - “SEVERRN!”.
