Mark & Sara Colley of The Curlew Restaurant were thrilled when they were asked to join the Chef’s Table at Richard Corrigans demonstration at the 2009 Restaurant Show in London. They enjoyed an up-close experience and the opportunity to sample Richard’s food.
The Curlew’s executive chef Graham Garrett is a long standing friend and colleague of Richard’s and Mark & Sara were given the opportunity to discuss their new restaurant at the show with Richard. Afterwards Mark & Sara commented “Richard is an inspiration to us and many restaurateurs like us. He imparted some invaluable advice and promised to visit The Curlew very soon - we’re very chuffed!”
Corrigan’s Mayfair was voted 5th in The Restaurant Magazine’s Top 100 National Restaurant awards 2009 this week. Congratulations Richard, you deserve it!
